The Lounge at FiRE+iCE

Guests build their own bowls from noodles, vegetables, house sauces, and over 20 proteins, then watch cooks fire each combination live around a giant circular grill. The all-you-can-eat setup encourages repeat trips and easily accommodates group gatherings. Bar service, however, draws mixed accounts, with visitor feedback split between remarkably intuitive attention and instances of staff inattention.
