The Little Tart Bakeshop

Sarah O’Brien started the bakery at Atlanta farmers markets in 2010 under a red gingham tablecloth that still makes rounds at markets across town. That setup evolved into brick-and-mortar neighborhood spaces, beginning at The Jane in Grant Park before expanding to Krog Street Market and Summerhill. To supply its daily bake, the team works directly with local jam makers, beekeepers, cheese makers, and butchers, anchoring the coffee and pastry lineup in regional ingredients.
