Description
Long before becoming The Grandview Tavern in 2004, the Barth Building location had operated as a bar and gathering place since the 1950s. Chef Jeremy Wolgamott returned to his Colorado roots after 14 years cooking in New Orleans, anchoring the tavern with comfort fare, cocktails, and regional dishes like gumbo and peach cobbler.
