Founded in Houston in 1985 by Bob Precious after reading J.P. Donleavy’s novel of the same name, The Ginger Man grew out of an early effort to introduce Texas drinkers to specialty beers from around the world. In Las Colinas, that lineage translates into a deep lineup balanced by classic cocktails, wine, and a kitchen running from lunch and weekend brunch to late-night bites. Outside, the shaded patio treats four-legged guests like regulars, turning out water bowls and unseasoned burger patties.
