Much of the beef is sourced from Bear Creek Farm and handled around a Himalayan salt aging and prep area. Beyond raw cuts, the family-run counter stocks fresh seafood from the Maine coast, house-made meats, daily meatballs, and chef-driven ready-to-reheat dishes. The kitchen also turns out burgers and sandwiches named after the owner's children, rounded out by a selection of wine and craft beer.
