Also known as the Marin Circle Fountain, the landmark sits alongside Fountain Walk as a piece of local civic history. Its revival was once the largest privately funded public works project in Berkeley, and the site continues to run on community stewardship, preserved today by the all-volunteer Friends of the Fountain and Walk.
