Description
Outreach operates through two weekly outreach sites, stationed at Love Park in Center City and off Kensington Avenue. Active since March 2021, the organization distributes fentanyl testing strips, naloxone, and safer use supplies alongside food and clothing. Its work pairs direct distribution with advocacy to end the War on Drugs and reduce stigma against people who use drugs, rooting support in neighbor autonomy and evidence-based research.
