The rooftop is 21+ after 4 PM. It sits seven levels above Boston Harbor on Sleeper Street, and the glass bar keeps the harbor and skyline in full view. Walk-ins are limited, so book for weekends. Fire pits carry a $25 booking fee that is not a deposit, require a $100 to $400 food and drink minimum and end after two hours.

From Sleeper Street it is about a 510-meter walk, about seven minutes on foot, to the Snowport Holiday Market at 100 Seaport Boulevard. Snowport entry is free; food and drinks cost extra. The market runs November 6 to December 27 with more than 125 makers and a heated tent with beer-garden seating. Through December 6 it opens 3 PM to 8 PM Monday to Thursday, and from December 7 those days run 11 AM to 8 PM. Fridays run 11 AM to 9 PM, Saturdays 10 AM to 9 PM and Sundays 10 AM to 8 PM. It closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day and shuts at 6 PM on Christmas Eve.

Every fire pit booking ends after two hours, so choose a slot that finishes before the stalls close: 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, 8 PM Sunday to Thursday, and 6 PM on Christmas Eve, with no market on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Before December 7, Monday to Thursday stalls only open at 3 PM, so on those nights an early fire pit then a late browse works best. Because the rooftop turns 21+ at 4 PM, the evening version is an adults-only plan. The hotel's own guide puts the Silver Line one block away, and South Station's Red Line about ten minutes on foot.
