Description

Designed by a former English teacher, the mahogany-paneled space is lined with black-and-white portraits and passages reflecting on life's quandaries. Despite its bookish, dimly lit atmosphere, it functions just as easily as a neighborhood spot to catch a game with a pint of Guinness. The bar serves no food, but you are welcome to bring your own. Signature drinks like the Jameson-based Dead Poet are served in glasses you can take home. The space is compact and can get quite loud, especially on weekends.
