As the second installment of THE GALLERY by Odo's Culinary Exhibition Series, chef Nakago Matsumoto brings his specific interpretation of yoshoku, or Japanese Western-style cooking, from Kyoto. The set-menu courses feature items such as menchikatsu, Japanese hamburger, Japanese beef, and pork ginger. Chef Matsumoto's recipes and standards are handed over to the Odo kitchen to maintain the cuisine through the final service.
