Description
Charlie Lindsey launched the shop in 1984 after spotting an available lease along King Street. After learning the craft, he collaborated with his wife, Lynne, and fellow restaurateur Tim Jackson to develop the formulas. Set in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, the counter operates two blocks east of City Hall and three blocks from the historic Torpedo Factory.
