The Comic Workshop

Based inside Little Tree Art Studios in Avondale Estates, the studio founded by Phil Fleming digs into the mechanics of making comics. Students handle industry-standard art supplies while exploring hands-on techniques such as ink washing, drawing basics, and comic book story structure. Offerings extend across figure drawing, private lessons, and adult sessions, alongside youth workshops and school holiday camps that combine illustration with writing and sequential storytelling.
