Description
Founders Marcela Estrop and Jader started The Coffee Cart in 2019 as a full-service mobile espresso bar catering weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. In 2022, they added a permanent counter in Sorrento Valley's SOVA Science District. Alongside espresso drinks and organic teas, the shop stocks grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches and burritos, plus vegan pastries by SPLIT Bakehouse.
