The Café at Thistle Farms

Operating as a social enterprise, the café employs and empowers women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction. The kitchen turns out comforting staples like chicken salad croissants, pot pies, and signature soups, alongside an event space and a tea service with sweets, savories, and shared trade tea. Overhead, the room is anchored by a chandelier assembled from teacups gifted by survivors, volunteers, supporters, and program graduates worldwide.
