Perched above Beaumont’s, the restaurant divides into two distinct settings. The Main Dining room leans dark, brooding, and rich, framed by dim lighting and a little bar. In contrast, the Halsted Room opens up with expansive bay windows flooding the space with natural light, flanked by dueling fireplaces on either end. Orders arrive with a choice of soup or salad alongside signature Robouchon potatoes.
