Originally established beside the iconic Buffalo Pharmacy on Buffalo Speedway, The Buffalo Grille grew under the McAleer family into a familiar local fixture for post-game bites, Sunday brunch, and family celebrations. Now operating locations on Voss and Bissonnet, the business passed in 2024 to Houston-based Adair Concepts—the family group behind Skeeter’s Mesquite Grille and Los Tios—carrying on its neighborhood-first setting, fresh ingredients, and hot coffee.
