Originally founded in 1984 next to Buffalo Pharmacy, The Buffalo Grille spent decades shaped by a seventh-generation Texas family, the McAleers. The operation expanded to Voss in 2001 and Bissonnet in 2011, anchoring neighborhood routines around Sunday brunch, post-game bites, and hot coffee. In 2024, fellow Houston operator Adair Concepts acquired both locations, preserving the community-first dining rhythm established over four decades.
