The Brim Coffee Shop at the Edgewater Hotel

Operating as Seattle’s only over-water cafe and gift shop, the space backs its bay setting with baked goods crafted from locally sourced Pacific Northwest grain. The counter also supplies breakfast items, hearty sandwiches and fresh salads built to carry out or eat while seated in the hotel lobby. Off to the side, the shop doubles as a retail nook carrying curated local art alongside Edgewater souvenirs.
