Description
As the only large surface lot in the heart of Abbot Kinney, the 6,700-square-foot space regularly hosts film shoots and brand events geared toward the boulevard's foot traffic. Jon Favreau filmed here for the movie *Chef*, part of an ongoing run of television and cinema productions using the asphalt. Alongside parking capacity for over 30 vehicles, the property encompasses an adjacent 1,050-square-foot indoor annex fitted with a glass conference room and private offices.
