Diners assemble each boil by selecting from catches like Dungeness crab, snow crab legs, crawfish, and shrimp, then tailoring the flavor with Rajun Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Sauce, or the signature Whole Sha-Bang!® blend. Heat levels stretch from mild to extremely hot. Beyond the boils, the menu covers raw oysters, gumbo, fried seafood baskets, and Crabber Fries topped with lump crab meat.
