An 1890s streetcar substation and neighborhood grocery, now reimagined as a Midtown photo studio and event space.
Description
Originally constructed in 1890, the building housed the electric substation for the streetcar that ran along 14th Street to Piedmont Park. Around 1910, the Grizzard Green Grocery operated here, serving Midtown and Ansley Park. Since 1980, the property has served as a residence and photography studio, and the space is now open for rentals and events.
