The Big Greek Cafe

Twin brothers Simos and Nikos Marmaras grew up working alongside their father in his fine-dining Greek restaurant of four decades. Shaped by their late mother’s vision of an informal gathering place anchored in community and good meals, the brothers launched the cafe in 2009 as an unpretentious home for long-standing family traditions. Their father remains an active presence, spending early mornings in the kitchen creating weekly specials before stepping out to greet patrons.
