Description
Twin brothers Simos and Nikos Marmaras spent their youth working in their father's fine-dining Greek restaurant of over 40 years. Following their mother's wish to open a relaxed space centered on community and shared meals, they launched the cafe in 2009. That kitchen lineage remains in plain view: their father still works the early morning hours preparing dishes and steps out front to greet patrons.
