The Big Greek Cafe

Twin brothers Simos and Nikos Marmaras grew up working alongside their father in his fine-dining Greek restaurant of over 40 years. Following their mother's passing, they brought her vision of an informal neighborhood spot to life in 2009. Their father remains a regular presence, in the kitchen during the early hours creating weekly specials and greeting patrons.
