Operating as a registered charity since 2006, The Beaumont Studios anchors a multifaceted creative community. Beyond workspace for local artists and exhibitions at the B1 Gallery, the building houses B-Side Radio, the Beaumont V!ntage Boutique, and on-site saunas. Flexible spaces such as the main hall and an art-filled courtyard regularly host live music, creative performances, and private gatherings fitted with sound and projector setups.
