The Beach at Dream Downtown

Tucked away inside a Chelsea hotel, this venue serves American dishes and cocktail bar fare with outdoor seating right next to the pool. Diners describe the atmosphere as a hot spot suited for scenic views and special occasions, though individual experiences range from reasonable prices and delicious chocolate cake to complaints about service attentiveness and watered-down drinks.
