Drop-in adult ballet classes where beginners can start in socks, set to the rare treat of live musical accompaniment.
Description
Classes are led by Elaine Bonow, who began teaching in 1983 after training under Irene Larsson at the Academy of the Classic Ballet. Instruction blends classical and American styles with conditioning, kept grounded by a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyday workout clothes are standard. In addition to in-person studio gatherings, sessions are also held via Zoom.
