Set in Hermosa Beach’s historic Bijou Theatre, this loft-like studio pairs exposed brick with focused barre workouts.
Description
The studio's signature method uses body weight, the ballet barre, and a few props to reshape and sculpt muscles. Designed for all fitness levels, the exercises are customized by instructors who provide modifications for prenatal clients and students with injuries. The space features 12-foot ceilings and oversized windows inside one of downtown Hermosa Beach's oldest standing buildings, where classes have run for more than 15 years.
