The Artist Outpost

Founded in 2018 by Meryl and Eryn, the Ocean Beach studio balances structured craft with casual exploration. The roster spans multi-week courses, including introductory wheel throwing, alongside one-time pop-ups, seasonal youth camps, and private events. Sessions welcome all skill levels, with materials and fast setup handled on site to avoid the upfront expense of personal supplies. Across both adult and youth programs, the space keeps an unhurried rhythm supported by instructors noted for personal, encouraging guidance.
