Orders are built around custom combinations: choose from live crawfish, shrimp, snow crab, king crab, or Dungeness crab, then set the heat anywhere from mild up to 'Flaming'. Sauces extend beyond garlic butter to lemon pepper, Cajun, and the house blend, The Aces. Portions skew generous, and staff are around to help with the tougher claws.
