Thatcher Ct Playground

Set within Navy Housing at Pearl Harbor, the park sits outside the installation gates and is accessible without a military ID card. Beside the play structure, the grounds feature kid-sized dip bars and benches for parents. The area is clean and rarely busy, though parking is sparse and there are no restrooms on site.
