Le Thai Dinner, Then Live Music at Bizarre Bar
Dining begins with Dan Coughlin’s family-inspired menu and specials board in a compact room, then shifts to indoor concert spaces and a shaded outdoor area with seesaws, where themed nights support dancing through the later hours.
Recipes and Concert Rooms
Family Roots, Fremont Plates
Chef Dan Coughlin builds Le Thai’s menu from dishes inspired by his Thailand-born mother and grandmother. Short rib fried rice, three-color curry, homemade noodle soup, and signature waterfall sauce anchor the selection. A daily and weekly specials board brings additional dishes. The dining room has a handful of tables, making the space tight at peak hours. Monday through Thursday happy hour runs from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Beyond the Dance Floor
Bizarre Bar combines interior concert rooms with a large semi-wrap around outdoor patio that stays shaded and airy. The outdoor area includes seesaws, while themed nights and live music support dancing. Affordable drinks are part of the venue's appeal. The shaded patio gives the venue a distinct playful edge. It opens Wednesday through Sunday at 7:00 PM, closing at 2:00 AM Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and 3:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

Dinner Meets the Dance Floor
Le Thai and Bizarre Bar give this pairing two different social settings rather than a single kind of nightlife. At the first, Chef Dan Coughlin's family-inspired menu and handful of tables keep the focus on the meal. At the second, community shows, indoor concert rooms, and a shaded patio with seesaws put music and gathering at the center. The contrast is the connection, a compact restaurant rooted in family recipes alongside a venue shaped around shared entertainment.
