The venue features a towering vertical layout with multiple floors that help disperse large crowds. However, this height significantly shapes the experience in the upper tiers. Guests in the highest balcony seats face a steep, straight-down perspective on the stage without any video screens to assist the view. The seating in these upper sections is also known to feel cramped with tight legroom. Additionally, plug-in air fresheners are active throughout the theater, which can present challenges for visitors with scent allergies.
