Terrace Ridge Park
4.4 (63)park
A six-acre neighborhood park carved out by local volunteers, featuring a walking trail and a playground.
Description

Terrace Ridge Park stretches under the power lines on the south end of town, originating from a 1966 easement from the Seattle Light Department. The acquisition followed a request by Claude Elerding, president of the Hi-Line Park Association formed by neighbors in adjacent housing developments. The association then organized community work parties to clear the ground and assemble the site's original playground equipment.
