Attached to the New Dragon restaurant, this Vancouver spot runs on classic neighborhood-lounge rhythms centered around two free pool tables and a TouchTunes jukebox. Chinese plates are called in from the kitchen next door, though food service can occasionally pause when the neighboring restaurant hits a snag.
