Description
Held twice a year, in early December and early to mid-March, the festival builds on a 50-year history in Tempe. In addition to works from artists traveling in from across the country, the open-air layout features a dedicated Kids Block and numerous food vendors, keeping the focus on a lively community gathering that draws both residents and visitors.
