Founded in Barcelona in 1992 by the Padrosa family, the restaurant translates Catalan roots into a convivial dining room at Westfield UTC. The kitchen focuses on saffron-infused paellas cooked in traditional paelleras—yielding the prized, crusty socarrat at the base—alongside Galician octopus, patatas bravas, and croquetas. Pouring alongside the plates are over 200 Spanish wines selected by Catalonian sommeliers, designed to accompany shared tapas, multi-portion lobster paella, and churros.
