Covering 4.7 acres, the grounds were known as Trendwood Park until September 2023, when the site was renamed in honor of Joe TeBockhorst. Remembered by students as "Mr. T," TeBockhorst spent 15 years teaching at Betty Adams Elementary School, recognized across Westminster for his mentorship, generosity, and advocacy for education before passing away in 2022. The park stands as a tribute to that local legacy, anchored by open recreation space and a baseball diamond.
