Team Renzo Gracie Orlando

Founded in 2018 by 4th-degree black belt Pat Cooligan, who has practiced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 1995, the academy pairs disciplined technique with structured instruction across all experience levels. Programming ranges from Tiny Ninjas and youth cohorts through to adult Gi, No-Gi, and self-defense training, alongside after-school sessions. Coaching focuses closely on fundamental principles and safe training habits, giving newcomers a steady foundation while building confidence on the mats.
