Founder Cat Doan shapes the menu with over two decades of craft passed down by Taiwanese tea masters. Inside, up-and-coming tea mixologists experiment in a den shared by students studying, remote workers locked in, and socializing friends. Anchored in Denver's historic Far East Center, the room also functions as a neighborhood third space with continuous community events.
