Founded by tea educator Elaine Jiang, the Alhambra space functions as an educational classroom as much as a specialty tea house. Gatherings center on private tea tastings and consultations alongside workshops that explore terroir, cultivar, and brewing craftsmanship across traditional Chinese and Taiwanese varieties. In addition to loose-leaf selections like rare Phoenix Dan Cong oolongs, the venue stocks handmade teaware designed for traditional preparation.
