Tavern on the Green

Inside, the dining room balances a mix of old and new design alongside an open kitchen concept. Beyond the daily specials and artisan cocktails, the menu highlights simple preparations: the trout arrives with green beans, almonds, and preserved potatoes, while the tomahawk steak for two is carved tableside. Dessert draws from a dedicated pastry program created by Pastry Chef Juan Olguin.
