Description
The kitchen traces its roots to Salvatore “Tatore” Guarracino, who left Italy for Argentina in 1947 and founded the ice cream company Freddo. Today, the third generation operates in Florida with a dining experience centered around a brick oven. Handcrafted short, long, and stuffed pastas pair with scratch-made sauces, while the oven produces over 20 pizza variations—including the stuffed Fugazzetta served with fainá. The menu also extends to homemade milanesas and prime grilled proteins.
