Description
Conceived by Sequoia Del Hoyo, co-founder of Sequoia Diner, the café is patterned after European-style gathering over coffee and casual daytime fare. In 2023, Del Hoyo was joined by partner Chef Jason Botterill, a Chez Panisse and River Cafe alum. Daily offerings draw from an evolving seasonal roster that highlights local farms and producers, letting guests choose their own spread to eat in or pack to take home. The room also doubles as an event space.
