Founded by second-generation restaurateur Sunny Dhillon at Town Square, the AAA Four Diamond dining room gives each cooking technique its own staging area. Executive Chef Anand Singh Mehra runs the kitchen across specialized setups, including a Charcoal Mangal, Josper oven, and Asian wok, paired with raw bar and sushi work overseen by Chef Sung Park.
