Description

Before opening the Lakewood location in 1981, the business began in 1980 by selling tamales door to door. The kitchen still relies on recipes handed down from grandparents Jose and Aurora Lujan, wrapping corn masa around seasoned meats with red, spicy green chile, or veggie options alongside a broader lineup of Mexican staples. That neighborhood start has since grown into eight outposts across the Denver metro area.
