Born from founders Talia and Kelly Bongolan-Schwartz running through their freezer stash of New York bagels, the operation grew from Instagram orders and farmers markets into a brick-and-mortar bakery. Beyond standalone rounds with generous spreads—including options like meshuga—the counter turns out traditional favorites alongside breakfast sandwiches featuring Portuguese sausage. To sample widely, a flight of mini bagels pairs different bagels with multiple schmears in a single order.
