T Shop

The shop is lined with beautiful tea ceramics, setting a contemplative tone for exploring specialty varieties like fresh white Xincha Bai Mudan and fermented Korean Hwangcha. Tasting sessions are educational and unhurried; the owner guides visitors through the nuances of the leaves, sometimes brewing the same oolong five times to show how the flavors evolve. For a simpler visit, grab-and-go cups are also available.
