Started in 2022 as Pamela and Erik’s weekend market table, the India Street brick-and-mortar pairs their sourdough foundation with an expanded counter menu. The kitchen serves open-face bagel sandwiches, fresh-bread sandwiches, and cookies, alongside lattes and matcha with banana, raspberry, or pumpkin cold foam. For neighborhood regulars, the bakery still maintains its weekend stands at the Little Italy Mercato and in La Jolla.
