Founded by Lois Ko, the creamery centers on ingredients sourced mostly within 100 miles of the shop, partnering with local farms across the Pacific Northwest. The kitchen also makes its own sauces and mix-ins in-house and commits to sustainability by dishing up every order in compostable ware.
